Hi, I'm Jessica.
I'm a physical therapist, movement specialist, and someone who genuinely believes your body is always trying to communicate with you–not work against you. I work with people who feel stuck in their bodies. While I specialize in the spine, pelvis (including pelvic floor), and hips, my work goes beyond structure. I look at the nervous system and the impact of stress and trauma–because your body doesn't separate physical pain from lived experience. Pain isn't random. It's often the result of patterns your body has adapted over time to protect you. Together, we uncover those patterns–mechanical, emotional, and nervous system-driven–and work to shift them so you can move and feel with more ease. My approach integrates hands-on therapy, movement work, and education with a nervous system-informed lens. The goal isn't just symptom relief–it's helping your body feel safe enough to change. At Balance Portland, this work is about more than getting out of pain. It's about feeling at home in your body again. |
Outside of the clinic, you’ll probably find me with my family—dancing in the kitchen, cooking something new, or out on a bike.
