Are you a provider looking for more?

Jessica has extensive experience in treating very complex musculoskeletal issues particularly that pertain to the lumbopelvic region. If you are someone who is looking to learn more, schedule a consultation. Together, we will go over your goals and missing skills/education/knowledge base to see if this might be a good fit.
There are 3 broad areas for mentorship:
Movement and Exercise: If you are already trained as a provider who performs exercise but you aren't getting the results you expect, Jessica uses Shirley Sahrmann's theories of muscle balance in evaluation and as a basis for neuromuscular re-education and home exercise prescription for clients. Getting the abdominals to coordinate and activate in a timely manner is SO REWARDING!
Orthopedic Manual Therapy: If you are interested in manual therapy techniques especially around the pelvis, Jessica uses Functional Manual Therapy (FMT), primarily, for joint mechanics and soft tissue work. If you struggle with a stubborn sacroiliac (SI) joint issue (or many!), this is particularly helpful.
Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation: Finally, Jessica is most skilled in complex pelvic floor issues. If you are new to providing pelvic floor rehabilitation and therapy, Jessica can provide nuanced subjective and objective evaluation training, improved treatment techniques, and client resources (ie. dilators, dildos, lubes, pelvic floor trainers, helpful books, etc.).
Mentorship fees are negotiated on a case by case basis.
