What to Expect. The initial assessment can be either a telehealth visit or an in-person visit, and it is 75-90 minutes. This visit will include a discussion of your current regimen, your goals, and an assessment of your baseline. Following the initial session you and Jessica will determine a schedule that outlines a plan for you to reach your goals! For training sessions, package pricing is available upon request.
