Personal training at Balance Portland is designed for people who want to build strength in a way that actually supports their body—not works against it. This is especially important if you’re hypermobile or dealing with joint instability, including conditions like EDS, HSD, or POTS. No formal diagnosis is required—many clients simply recognize these patterns in their bodies.

The goal isn’t just to get stronger—it’s to feel more supported, more consistent, and able to trust your body. If you’re looking for a more individualized and body-aware approach to training, I’d love to work with you. |
